1. Delivery scope and freight

Delivery scope is Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. free shipping


2. Delivery time

After the order is successfully placed, we will distribute the goods according to the order in which the order is placed. The distribution cycle is about 3 working days; 

delivery services are available for unlimited time delivery and designated time periods, and collection and delivery services are available on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.


3. Arrival time

The arrival time after the order is completed is about 7 working days


4. Instructions for signing

When placing an order, please try to leave an address and contact number where you can sign for delivery.

When you receive the goods, please inspect the goods on the spot to check whether the outer packaging is intact, 

whether the product type and quantity match the order details, and whether the shopping list is complete. 

We do not allow you to unpack the mobile phone to inspect the goods before signing for it. If the outer box seal is damaged or torn, you have the right to refuse delivery.

However, if the seal is intact or there is a shortage of materials after opening the box, please contact our 24-hour online customer service and keep the package as is.

If you are unable to sign for it in person, please entrust someone else to sign for it and strictly follow the second item. 

The delivery courier is only responsible for delivering the goods to the address specified in the express order. 

Anyone at this address can sign for delivery, such as the counter, and does not guarantee delivery to the designated person.

Due to risk considerations, the address and phone number of your order cannot be modified after the purchase is confirmed. 

Please be sure to fill in the correct address and phone number when placing the order. We apologize for the trouble.

From now on, stranded orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be retained by the delivery party for 5 days. 

We will notify users by email. Please reply to the email in your mailbox or contact customer service personnel.

 For orders that are not responded to within 5 days of the due date, we will arrange for them to be returned to the warehouse and refunded. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


5. Return and refund

1. If the goods you ordered are defective, you can request a full refund.

2. Regarding the methods and conditions for returns and refunds, please follow the records on the sales webpage of the product and the relevant webpages in the ordering process.


3. The goods you return must maintain the integrity of all goods, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or information at the time of shipment. 

If there is a physical invoice, it should be returned together with the invoice and a signed discount. Documents required by relevant laws and regulations; 

otherwise, we may refuse to accept your request for return or refund.


4. You understand and agree that if we need to handle a refund for you because you request a return or exchange, or because we are unable to accept all or part of your order, 

or the contract is terminated or loses its effectiveness for any reason, we may do so.

Q5: Do I need to provide documents when receiving the goods?

A5: No. Black Cat couriers are only responsible for delivering goods to the address specified in the express order. Anyone at this address can sign for delivery, 

such as at the counter. Delivery to designated person is not guaranteed.
